HOW DO I PREPARE FOR MY APPOINTMENT?

For a makeup appointment, please make sure your face is freshly cleansed and moisturized before your makeup artist arrives. 
For a blowout/haircut, we recommend your hair be freshly washed and damp upon your hairstylist's arrival. For updos and dry styles, your hair should be washed the night before your appointment to see best results.

For a manicure, please make sure your nails are clean and free of polish. We can remove Gel Polish at an additional cost. 

We kindly request your seat be next to an electrical outlet and have an available flat surface for our tools.

HOW DO I PAY?

As soon as we have confirmed availability for your requested appointment, we will send over an invoice to the provided email which shall be paid online 24 hours prior to serviced appointment. 

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

In order to avoid the full charge of the scheduled service, please give us a 24 hour notice of cancellation by emailing or calling us. 

WHAT IF THE APPOINTMENT TIME I'M LOOKING FOR IS NOT AVAILABLE ON THE SITE?
