FAQ

HOW DO I PREPARE FOR MY APPOINTMENT?

For a makeup appointment, please make sure your face is freshly cleansed and moisturized before your makeup artist arrives. 
For a blowout/haircut, we recommend your hair be freshly washed and damp upon your hairstylist's arrival. For updos and dry styles, your hair should be washed the night before your appointment to see best results.

For a manicure, please make sure your nails are clean and free of polish. We can remove Gel Polish at an additional cost. 

We kindly request your seat be next to an electrical outlet and have an available flat surface for our tools.

HOW DO I PAY?

As soon as we have confirmed availability for your requested appointment, we will send over an invoice to the provided email which shall be paid online 24 hours within receipt. Once we receive full payment, your appointment will be confirmed with one of our expert hairstylist and/or makeup artists.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

If appointment is canceled prior to two weeks before scheduled appointment, your full amount will be reimbursed. If you cancel with less than two weeks notice, your refund will consist of 50% your paid sum. 

WHAT IF THE APPOINTMENT TIME I'M LOOKING FOR IS NOT AVAILABLE ON THE SITE?
