On Location Glam’s Founder and CEO, Frances Marquez from Oxnard, California, started her cosmetology career in San Francisco then continued in London. Frances relocated to Los Angeles where she worked as a hairstylist at a top salon, often styling guests for red carpet events, international travelers and celebrities. In 2014, Frances moved back to Europe and then Hong Kong where she officially launched On Location Glam as a luxury beauty service provider with top professionals. She traveled between Hong Kong and Los Angeles often to tend to her celebrity and prestigious clientele while her team in each city handled all other GLAM appointments. In 2018,  she moved back to California, and has now focused on Brides and Celebrities anywhere between Santa Barbara and Los Angeles. She has 12+ years of experience under her belt and still travels internationally to fulfill her clients' hair and makeup glam requests.
